All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable nationwide courier service.

This service delivers directly to your chosen address and ensures secure handling of your order.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier routing, or peak periods. 
 

Delivery Coverage 

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. 

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. 

Delays & External Factors

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex Store-to-Door, delivery timing is subject to their operational processes. 

Undeliverable or Returned Orders 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
